Tuesday: light cardio, leg strength, abs
Wednesday: 4 miles easy, chest/back strength
Thursday: 3 miles easy, hip strength, abs
Friday: 2 miles easy, abs, STRETCH
Saturday: RACE DAY- 13.1 miles!!!
Sunday: 3 miles easy recovery, possible yoga
So here it is, the last week of running before my half. Wait a minute, didn’t I just run a half marathon…like 3 weeks ago. Oh yeah, I’m turning into that crazy person that runs allllll the time!
